Payment is taken when the order is placed with us - I'm bringing plenty of all of the listed items over, but any pre-orders placed will enlarge the order further to keep larger stocks within the UK.

I've added an ETA to every item listing now - it's looking to be mid-October at the latest from the information I've got here, however at the rate the order is going, it could well be a lot sooner.
