Outlook problems
When I try open up outlook I'm getting this message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F Now I'm connected to the internet, so that's not the problem, and of course like my car skills, my PC skills are zilch. Any ideas? (before I phone them at a tenner a minute)

My guess would be ntlworld having a problem with their email server. I assume you haven't changed any of your Outlook settings or just installed a firewall or new antivirus software?

Virgin Media were/are/will have email problems - amongst all their other problems!
Have a look at their support page sometime! PS, I'm with VM also.
