Very handy guide this, I had no idea what exact model mine was as it has the MP3 stereo, rear electric windows and climate control, but no sat nav, parking aids or cruise control. I'd also always wondered why most other ZTs I see have different wheels to mine, the 11-spokes which I now know were only on the post-facelift 190 and 260. Thanks.

Any Mark 1 260 owners care to tell me if they have SE's? the 6th digit of your VIN should be a G for SE, L for + spec, and X for ZT base spec.
I know this is an old thread but this might be informative nonetheless:

I purchased a MK1 ZT260 SE Saloon on a 54 plate the other day in Mirage (IAU)

Checked the VIN (6th letter is a G) so it's definately an SE.

Just giving this a bump as I'm curious about how much my "new" ZT-T would have set its original owner back.

It's a Mk1 2004 ZT-T 120+ with:

Driver's intelligence pack
Projector headlights
Kenwood KDC5021 audio with Cd Changer
Monaco 1/2 leather seats
Electric sunroof
Rear electric windows
ATC with rear vents and floor vents
Metallic paint
MG rubber mats
Front Mudflaps

BTW it came with all this, I've just added the front mudflaps.

Thanks Reebs, I've just done the sums. Just short of £20k new.

To think I only paid a grand for it; seriously good value motoring
