Apparently the owner no longer has the time or inclination to run it.And doesn't wish to hand it on, according to a post on the coupe owners club forum.

I believe nobody has seen or heard or unable to reach the owner for well over a year. He’s just disappeared off the face of this planet. Shame, as Nully seemed like a nice guy and very knowledgeable...
