• Thomas - condolences on the loss of your friend -we've lost a few over the past minths, but a lot of that is down to age

At 3:30 today, I was sick as a dog with V&D, so am taking it easy. Yesterday Serena was in the pool having Physio and I was told to join her. The water was lovely like a bath, but had turned green and I think I must have swallowed a bit. Silly me
