Taking the car turned out to be a wise move - it hissed down all the way home, with a South Westerly wind behind it. I don't think I'll cross the threshold again today.

Well the silence was golden for the best part of a week at least! the new replacement cordless phones have arrived from ebay to replace the old broken ones, I'd no sooner plugged them in when it rang, flamin' cold caller

I've gotta read the instructions and Suss out how to block numbers

Good morning all,not a good day here,heavy rain. Got council boys here,putting in more attic insulation. This will be the 3rd lot in the last year.
