Might make an intersting project to see if it can be adapter to fit.

Mine was £10, no idea why it was cheaper but I'll find out when I get it! Solid wood though.

That's cool, may be you just have to drill it a little. Take the edge of any drill you use to stop it spiralling through. Apologies if you are aware of that tip

Solid wood they say, maybe so. I would bet my bottom dollar it's laminated walnut veneer over the top of the solid wood.

I'm looking forward to your findings.

You may be right Pab, unlikely to be solid walnut, but it should feel better than hollow plastic like some of the are.
