Hi all. I rang up this chap, it's only 8 miles from me. A quick summary of what he told me.....
It was bought as a non runner and has had a new engine fitted. It did run with the new unit for a day then refused to start. He said ecu has been checked and it has also been looked at by a diesel specialist but they couldn't get it going. Thats basically it ! He has the V5 but only has 1 key for the car. I forgot to ask if the car had been on a T4 for a diagnostic but he sounded like he knew a fair bit about cars in general. Could it be something so simple ? Regards, Mark |
