Yes! a few scrap yards near by, but is it worth putting used springs on.

................... as for an easy job, I doubt it for me, I would most probably muck something up (I know my limits).

I see on ebay there are sellers selling used springs for £30 each and then see sellers selling NEW springs for £30 each.

................... I'll contact my garage tomorrow and ask for the proper price of their x1 spring and ask their price for labour fitting x2 if I supply springs via ebay.

Is their a club discount on purchasing springs via this club at all?

The front anti roll bar ball joint is about £15 per side from rimmers and around 20mins to fit

They will probably use none OEM parts at around half that price and believe me they last about 4 mins, so keep a check on them and get them replaced at the first sign of wear.

not sure what colour code your springs are but vvc geezer has some for sale. Non genuine new springs can be found at around £40 each. I got mine from a local parts factors - euro car parts also list them

Well done Dallas. £250 all in doesn't sound bad at all considering the list they gave you. Enjoy the next 12 months !
Regards, Mark

Yeah! Thanks Mark

Thats what I thought the long list I had, I thought that will cost a few hundred.....

............but it was only a couple, so really really happy. I was going to say do both rear springs and both ball joints but that can wait till next year me thinks.....

All I need now is a nice set of Alloys 17" or 18's I'm-a-looking......
