Seriously.. You have to be careful buying them on eBay.. It's better to know 100% that they fit before buying..

Is it to large to fit in the hole or to wide to fit into the connector?

You may be able to cut them to fit into the opening..
If the seller stated they were compatible then I'd return them..

I took a chance [looked ok to] and used a nail [finger] file and shaved a little off the thickness edge, just a little!. went in a treat. look good, light fills the whole lamp. next stop is to fit xenons. any recomedatoins please?. car has projectors fitted. thanks peter.

As you already have projectors I'd probably just get an aftermarket HID Kit.

They are not legal as such unless oyu retrofit some other bits but you'd not notice them in the event of an accident as they cosmetically look the same.

so your car must have xenons fitted as standard, with headlight washers and self levelling adjustment.

or do you mean the headlight adjustment is via the thumb wheel.

No thats the adjuster testing itself.. It does that on all cars.

If you have a height adjuster inside the car then they are manual adjustment.
