Hi Leyton.
Is the heater blowing and if so is it lukewarm/cold ? or not blowing at all, you may have air block have you tried just one side of the heater, switching drivers side to low and passenger to high.

What does the radiator bottom hose feel like after running the car for a few miles?

I also asked these questions on your other thread.

Sounds like an airlock, you need to feel the feed and return hoses from the matrix when the engine is up to temperature, if they are cold you have air in the system.

Checkto see if the flaps are working correctly on the heater. Could be a failed motor not opening the flap. Just a suggestion.
