Good afternoon all,

Deb, sorry to hear your chest has had a flare up so rest easy and keep out of draughts.

Ian, I feel for your mum suffering and having to put up with the shingles.

Yesterday, I had the Flu jab in one arm and a Pneumonia vaccination in the other arm. The Pneumonia jab protects against 23 strains and it is valid for life. The GP rang last evening to let me know he has referred me to the vascular surgeons about my aneurysms. Still having a problem getting the NHS to accept the AstraZeneca vaccinations I had abroad.

We had a nice week away in London visiting friends and saying hello to Rover54 at the Ace Cafe. I got to ride in a Kia electric car on a trip into the countryside, it was fun and nippy.

One ride I have never had is a ride in Rover 75 ZT V8, I wonder if I am missing anything?

In a word . . . . yes! Ask Graham (Graham1961), took him out not long after getting mine. Floored it up through the gears and frightened the life out of him, the fingernail marks have just about faded out of the dash

Afternoon all, Weather has been really nice & warm sat in the conservatory this afternoon. The double glazing guys have finished putting the window in & a fine job they did too.
Bangers & mash carrots & peas for tea tonight.

Well that was a busy day of back and forth to the doctors and pharmacy!

Turned up at the pharmacy to collect prescription only to be told the computers are down, went back later, no record of prescription being sent.. back to docs to asks what happened, another one generated and sent to pharmacy.

Get to pharmacy had to wait 15 mins as computer wasn’t playing ball.

Now grabbing a quick coffee before starting night shift.

The Bear is always available if you want a ride, anytime you are in England.

Morning all.

It's a chilly one here but bright and dry.

Off up North later on and hoping to catch up with Rich while we're up there. Fingers crossed he's all OK for a cuppa.

Morning everyone.

Cloudy start to the day and very chilly. The sun is trying it’s best to get through.

Had a drive out to Looe yesterday afternoon. Parked the Bear up and I walked up to Hannafore as far as Saint George’s Island. Cleared the lungs, felt better for the walk.

Getting the house ready for yet more visitors, this time from Kent.
