Morning Rev, Oh right! I've just seen Steve's comment so I hope something can be sorted out for Lillian.

I'm still suffering with back problems and cant bend, cant put socks or pants on again this morning.

I presume you have a trapped nerve, very painful, when I had that problem
besides having Physio it was suggested to hang from a door, not by the neck but to grab the top of the door so as to stretch yourself.

LOL dressing gown jobby.

Yes sciatica is a common occurrence with me and has been for a good few years. I do some exercises to try and keep things supple but not what I'm supposed to do some of the exercises I find are almost impossible to do.

you daren't sneeze or cough.

I have to take Mam for a hospital appointment Wednesday and it's a toss up who will be in the wheelchair lol.

Had a bad attack of sciatica once, don't want that again! Bent the "wrong way" nipped a disc which swelled up and put pressure on the nerve. Even with horse painkillers the only way I could get any kind of relief was lying on the affected side on the floor, must have eased the pressure on the nerve.

Touch wood my back hasn't bothered me for a while. Wake up most mornings creaking like an old door though but that is a known side effect of these bleedin' statins

Cool

Morning all. After the deluge we had last night we now have clear blue sky.

Unwinding after the hectic weekend. And off on my travels again on Thursday.

Good morning Richard, I had lunch with Ed yesterday and he is going to look after my spare bumper, which is very kind of him. He is not very well at the moment but I think he will get over it.

I look forward to seeing your photos from the NEC. All the best for today
