If you go into the head unit apps it is on the machine itself.

You should have had a paper copy of the user manual when you got the unit as well Tom.

If not we can always send you a copy

Me too, I much prefer reading proper print rather than on a screen.
This is why I have got one of these!

I find the screen fonts far to small, I was hoping that this was going to be looked at in future updates.
I have a third party app to resize the fonts but then some of the screens are to big that the writing is off the screen all together.
This is what I am using at the moment:
