Grading to yellow belt today

I am grading to yellow belt today, a lot more involved with more traditional style and my fist Kata, Pinan Nidan, must remember to go ARGHHHHHHH

all done, passed ok, although nearly broke my ankle doing the jumping scissor round house kick.

, was good though, now is the time i need to start doing more stretching cos it only gets harder from here

Jumping scissor roundhouse kick,I tend to do these when viewing bills that are delivered through the doorf followed by ARAHHH..
