Once again many thanks to Yeti, for the laughs and it was nice to meet old and new faces, did it rain or what!.
Well done every one for attending, and looking forward to The Ely meet.

(edit: sorry Julian, sign should read "..He said"!) Was a really good turnout - well done and thanks to Yeti. Next time I'll make sure I can hang around for a little longer - might even bring some Werthers Originals for Vinnie, just to bring out the inner Rover in him!

A few quick pics from the day - didn't get all the cars, so apologies to those I missed.

Cliff

A successful meet today, with a good turn out from the Rover 75 fraternity and from the ZT stunners in attendance. A chance to meet old friends and make new ones, see the cars and have a great time. I took a lovely video of everyone's cars, but have been asked to delay posting it up in favour of adding in some more cars at an another meet. No worries. It was a pleasure thanks Vinnie for getting everyone together and to Derek and Lilian for waiting to see us

Default The Star, Leatherhead. August 17th

Thanks to everyone who attended this slightly damp meet. We had either 11 or 12 cars attend. Was a quiet meet by comparison, still a good laugh, but have had promises of more attendees next month. Next meet 14 Sept. Cliff, keep the Werthers old man sweets mate as I am diabetic lol. Special mention to Darius (Darkxs), who drove up from Gravesend who promised to come. See you all again soon.

Good morning Vinnie. I slept on the idea of coming to the Star again but will have to decline from going to the next one if the dates clash with the next meet at Halfway House. I have just left a message for Bob to find out when that is. One of the things I like about Halfway House is the menu prices are considerably cheaper than the Star.

I was thinking about your rule of excluding members from your Facebook group who do not own an MG ZT. As you are the Chairman of the group, is this likely to change in the future? The other side to this is the opportunity of me doing a video of the meet if I am not welcomed to join the Z-Cars GB Group. I would like to say at this point, I am a member of MG South East even though I do not drive a ZT and have been going to the meets at Halfway House for a number of years.

Jessica and myself had a lovely day yesterday seeing everyone and having a laugh. The Rover 75 v the ZT banter, the cars, the characters! and yourself included, all added to the fun
