Just eat when ready mate, no real plan, just do not want the same as last time. Might be easier if staggered meals, but we can all go in together if want to, but just order separately to make things easier. Will phone the pub later to confirm either way. Look out for update

I should be back from Bavaria by then, so I am a possible. Won't have any food but I may fork out for a packet of pork scratchings from behind the bar if they have any!

There's a bp garage just up the road, but its one of those m&s jobbies so no doubt a sarnie will cost the same as a sit down meal lol

The real ale is very good at The Star so you'd both be most welcome to join me for a pint and a few packets of peanuts. Last time one of their guest beers was the excellent Ubu from the Purity Brewing Company in Warwickshire. Check it out here.
