Thanks to yeti for another great meeting, the weather treated us kindly and the sun did make a valiant attempt to shine in early afternoon and the banter and camaradie kept us all warm.
Thanks to kwil for drawing my attention to a missing stop under bonnet on near side and Alan j for offering to remove the other one after a diligent search item found and for others who may need one in future they are called bonnet buffers and available through Rimmers and other reputable dealers. Those who needed T4 services were ably assisted by ed while Andy took a well deserved day off to relax and enjoy himself for a change. Photos were taken by bob ad me I will post once I have them off my tablet . I can't wait for the meet at ruislip lido on the 26th of Oct with the affable harrisop48 as our host, its a great venue and I'm going to try the train ride this time, for those really hardy types there is boating and swimming too Hope to see you all at ruislip Mike Last edited by Woof25; 13th October 2014 at 09:55.. |
