Default camshaft sensor

Going to replace my camshaft sensor ( 75 CDTi) is it just a straight swop, or do i need to do anything else.

Just did mine last night due to non starting with hot engine. Easy job to do takes just minutes. Used the car today with two hot starts no problem.

Yes thanks Chris for the loan of your E5 torx socket to get the duff sensor out. It's a good family here.

Having starting problems, not when warm but just thought i would change it, new maf next.
