camshaft sensor

Going to replace my camshaft sensor ( 75 CDTi) is it just a straight swop, or do i need to do anything else.

Nop,just plug and play ;what is wrong with it ?

As above, pull old one out, insert new one and connect - and go.

Just did mine last night due to non starting with hot engine. Easy job to do takes just minutes. Used the car today with two hot starts no problem.

Having starting problems, not when warm but just thought i would change it, new maf next.
