Morning all, It's an overcast day here, looks like I might be trying to sort out this greenhouse jigsaw today.

Morning all, gloriously sunny here today, coffee time now, followed by another few hours putting some 75s right.

Blooody tired. Ever since I bounced my nut off the ground I've had bother sleeping. Reading up seems insomnia can follow a concussion, cheerily it can be a long term problem

Hi Jeff, I am still only eating a diet of soft food, Doctors orders: Porridge and live yoghurt for breakfast. One of my medicines makes me lactose intolerant, so no milk and no butter/cheese. The Doc insisted I have the yoghurt despite this.... I am not to eat any meat, keep the diet low fat. For lunch today, it was a bowl of rice and for supper tonight, I am having one round of Marmite sandwiches and one round of honey sandwiches to fill me up. Coffee is not allowed and I can only have weak tea with no milk. I have lost 9kg, so it is a positive. No spicy food, no fry-up etc for the next 2 months. Apparently, that is how long it takes for the ulcer to heal. Tea without milk is not so bad. No cheese and no butter, no bacon and sausage is a sufferance, but needs must.

Toby or not Toby, I can fantasise about the lovely grub photos Ian and yourself post up. I really look forward to seeing them

Afternoon all, managed to get the two tables assembled and what a job trying to fathom out what, why, where & when the parts go!!!! nothing labelled & a carrier bag full of nuts, bolts & clips. I suppose that's the trouble with not taking it down yourself. I've got the front & back sides of the greenhouse bolted together so the hard part is basically done, I'm done for for now, I doubt I'll able to move shortly when the pain killers wear off.

Having one of those ASDA Lamb shanks in mint gravy with roast spuds & veggies for tea.
