Figures taken on startup from cold.
In my ownership since 150,000 I have normally used BP with the occasional tank full of thier Ultimate as a treat.
I am not religious about it and when out and about will fill up with what is available but have avoided supermarket diesel. I dont know if it makes any real difference but as I want to keep the car I would rather have the extra additives in the fuel to hopefully keep it running clean.

RPM 746

CYL 1 0.13

CYL 2 0.11

CYL 3 -0.40

CYL 4 -0.10

I am pretty sure I read somewhere on here that the figures should be below 3.00 to be in spec so the above seem reasonable to me (subject to correction of course).
Those figures are the best I've seen in ages

Thanks chaps. Nice to know.

Just a thought is the relationship between cyl's 1 & 3 and 2 & 4?
Ie if 1 had a positive figure 3 you would expect a corresponding negative figure?

Just trying to understand how to interpret the readings.
