Default Widescreen ejects but doesnt go back.

I have just installed a widescreen monitor. I pressed eject and it went down fine. Now it wont reverse.
Any ideas please?

it will help if say what type of monitor you have installed make etc standard rover etc

well it was a bmw one... but, it sorted itself out, as I opened the front door, I saw it go back in itself.
Gonna ebay it I think, coz it aint as nice as I thought. not full width of the screen. And not so nice a colour.

To get it to display full screen (16.9) you also need the tuner in the boot otherwise you will still get 4.3 screen. Screen usually goes back in when tape /cd is inserted. if not it will return is a given period of time
