The 'Ninja' is a Classic Bike - personally I wouldn't. Wish I still had my Kat - couldn't afford one now!!!

Plus, your looks bog-standard - be worth some good money one day...

You should keep it as long as you don't need the cash or are wanting something different. I keep seeing pics of stuff I had, first year 750 slabeside GSXR, Honda NS400R, RGV250, YPVS..and they are all now out of my budget.

If needs must then so be it, Would I sell a 900R for anything newer - No.. Same period machine - maybe, but only because on a personal level I preferred the air cooled GPz's as I had an 1100 Unitrack for a while..

I don't have a photo of the actual one I had, but for the uninitiated it looked exactly like this:

A lovely bike but it killed your back - I was was a youngster then!

Just a small correction the katanae was the sword that samuri and diamyo carried it was not exclusive to the assasins that ninjas were no doubt they will feature in the Ancient Black Ops tv programmes, though I didnt agree that berserkers were special forces just murdering psychopaths used when norwegians went viking or to attack a shield wall LOL

If you really want to see a bike that I should never have sold ........

I bought it as a non-runner for £15 and got it running, then sold it for £55.

Must be worth six or seven grand now!
EDIT Or even a lot more:-
http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/19766/lot/345/
It lives not far from me now but I haven't seen it for well over 40 years. The new owner sent me a pic via the owners club.
