I finally got around to adding a ZT to my garage. Didn't mean to, but it was close to going for scrap and was obviously too good for that.
So far I've only been able to drive to the MOT centre and back, but I already think I'm impressed. Plenty of very useful stuff on this forum- it's already (I hope) helped me cure the swimming pool in the boot.

A local car dealer is closing down and is clearing his stock.
Seems he's had this ZT 120 for more than 7 years, unsold and neglected round the back of his yard.
I only saw it because he'd moved it into view waiting removal.
He asked for £100 because "the car's finished. Would need a lot of work for an MOT".
Didn't quite know what to expect- she was filthy and pretty mouldy inside.
Turns out tyres, brake pipes and a failed light are all she needs to be legal again.
Yes, there's stuff to do which is nothing to do with the MOT. The boot leaked, and both rear door cards are pulling away from the door- looks like a bracket has rusted out on both doors. However, for a car left to die she has cleaned up really well. Once I'm sure I can get her roadworthy again I'll do all the belts.
New one for me. I couldn't face doing the timing belt on my TF, but access is a lot better on the ZT.
