No doubt the engine will handle that amount of power, John. But I'm a bit concerned about the gear box. Do you know about the specifications of the Jatco transmission? I prefer to be on the safe side ...
The power it can handle (ZT190). The torque...... That's another question, that I can't answer.

The JATCO box is not used on the 190 (manual only GETRAG box), It is however the box used on the ZT 180 (177BHP allegedly) I agree on the torque assumption though, I would be wary.

You're right, Chris, I intended to refer to the torque.

Thanks in anticipation

Hi Andrew, hope everythings well your end

The part number you require is :VUF000010 £199.99+ vat = £234.99

When the upgrade is ordered an appointment to apply it is made, usually the next week as it takes this long for the coding information to be sent from Omitec to the dealer.
Applying the Upgrade only takes about 20 minutes. The labour cost for mine was £48.94 inc vat.
Make sure they give you all the supporting paperwork as it has the unique unlock code for your car.
It is important to retain this should you ever need it.

You will certainly feel the difference when you've had it done.

You can chip to about 202 bhp, not much else, Already has good induction.
Cams could give a bit more, but expensive. Superchargers give more but tend to make the engine self destruct. Not very tuneable I'm afraid. Dave
