I would not say with aggression, just a mistake. BMW was in left lane, mini bus I right hand filter lane approaching a right turn. BMW indicates right and does a U turn. Turning across the mini busses path the BMW goes back along the road in the opposite direction that both vehicles had come from.

I did say without the aggression, but still pushed their way in front - I avoided the word forced to avoid the implication of aggression. The BMW should have given up and continued until the next exit. The minibus driver bears no responsibility to let them in. From your later comment it suggests the BMW began to slow down, therefore the minibus driver could realistically believe there was no need to make an effort to let the car in. Think of it this way too. The minibus driver slows to let the car in. A car behind crashes into the back of the minibus. The poplice will not question why the minibus driver slowed/stopped. 'to let someone in' hmmm. Whilst the car was driving without due care (or dangerously). The minibus driver's employer will not be looking favourably on the driver in future.

It now sounds like (from your comment 'mistake') the BMW was alongside the minibus for a bit of a distance, and therefore could have made an effort to get in front or behind but didnt. The BMW didnt have to correct its mistake by putting the driver and passengers of the minibus in danger by cutting it up. This is where the entitlement comes from.

The thing is, you cannot please everyone all of the time, but having rules, including rights of way, we have a standard that allows us all 'to be on the same hymn sheet'.
