Looks like the walnutdashcompany it is, at least they appreciate their customers enough, to respond to them within a few days. Shame.

Patience, patience!

The service offered is excellent, and the product is of a VERY high quality. I would go nowhere else.

I have to say Simon offers a fantastic service, making bespoke pieces sending templates to make sure they are right etc. and all this in retirement. He travels a lot to so give him a few days he will reply.

As for the walnut dash the colour doesn't match, the product is nowhere near as good a quality, the design isn't quite right and they can only offer a fraction of the items Simon does and no chrome either.

Simon has worked with Trebor and other members to make sure what he supplies is spot on.

I say wait you won't be disappointed

really good quality and service; my stuff arrived within 7 to 10 days to deliver. Mine were light oak; lots and lots of pieces with an extremely high quality finish and surprisingly good match to the light oak; as others have said worth the wait. Send some reminder emails in case he has been off on hols

A quick question if I may whilst we are on the subject - and that is, how is it best to remove the vinyl 'Chrome' surrounds that you attach to the Air Vents please?

Thanks.
