Great pictures there of 'Proper Snow'

Hi Shuntis,

Had to visit my HR dept in Norwich at 2.30 yesterday (being on gardening Leave)
Decided unwise to use car so took the bus at 11.15 from Hingham,
Took me 4 hours to get to Norwich, last hour was 4 miles on foot.
Grapes Hill Coned off by police, missed meeting obviously, visited colleagues, warmed up, and had a coffee,
Over to bus station, waited 1.5 hours, caught a bus at 6pm back home at 9.15pm.

A wasted day, don't get out much this month and when i do this happens!

Conclusion -Norwich and gritters cannot cope with daytime snow, possibly unforecast. Norwich was gridlock from lunchtime onwards...

Regards

Mark
