i did send him your picture but he said it looked complex and would need to see the facia, dont suppose that is possible given that there are not vtoo many about, please feel free to contact him tyhough John as he is more than willing to help.

Is it possible to send him measurements, or even a tracing/rubbing so he can make up a sample and send to try out ?

Yup - No 15 is the one you want. 16 is also for the Symphony, but has the cut out for the low line sat nav controls when installed.

Hope this helps,

Cliff

If any one is ordering the complete kit, and needs a No 1 Radio until, please could you let me know, I brought the complete kit a few weeks ago, and now have decided to change my head unit, so I now need a number 18 2 din radio

It sounds like we are ordering a Chinese take away.

I could order it as a separate item, but it seems silly to throw away the No 1 mount.

You need to be careful when ordering the double din trims, Tony. There are at least 2 different sizes, differing by a few mm here and there. Obviously the small differences don't matter in the normal fitting but makes a big difference when you add a piece of sticky walnut .

Rob already has a trim but that doesn't fit mine. Simon (the manufacturer) has made up a piece for mine and its in the postal system.

I will report back here when it arrives and I have it fitted.

Hello Eamonn,

Thanks for letting me know, about the different sizes, I don't yet have the head unit or the 2 din mounting, maybe I will have to wait to get the units and then possibly asking you what the sizes are on your cover when you get it.
