Morning all, dull and miserable here and that's just the missus! doctors this morning for a six monthly review for my Diabetes, another empty arm me thinks,

Morning to the few - the LCOZ is a bit thin on the ground this morning.
A cold day up here in the North today - it's only 3°C according to the thermometer.
Missus has gone to market, via my sister's, so I'm my own boss 'til around 1.30pm - now what should I do (or not, as the case may be)
