Default Gigglepin?

My car is making a funny noise. I asked my brother-in-law and he says the gigglepin has fallen out the laughingshaft. Does anyone know where I can source a new one?

The best tools for the job would be a metric shifting spanner and a left-handed screwdriver.

I've got a tin of elbow grease and a whim wham for a duck's bridle if they'll help.
