Default All in a days work...........

For my sins, I spend my days (and nights) on the M25. In the space of two night shifts I've had two serious incidents to help manage....

This is the aftermath of the first

Great road when its running well and a nightmare when its not. I personally think that some of those HGV's travel far too fast and far too close to other vehicles.

Whats the story with this one

This picture is the aftermath of a tanker full of fruit juice striking a traffic management lorry which was staionary on the hard shoulder.

The accident the following day involved a fully laden petrol tanker (44,000 litres) being struck from behind whilst stopped in a queue of traffic.

I can't (for obvious reasons) add too much detail as there are investigations procedding into both incidents.
