Just waiting for the sun to get rid of the frost, then may have a walk. Have a good one all.

I am glad to hear you are happy in Cambridgeshire, it’s a county I have hardly visited but clearly it’s one we ought to visit more often. Thank you very much for the cranberry and blueberry loaf recipe which I will pass along to Jessica. We think our Kenwood might be on the way out, maybe a dysfunctional element as it is taking longer to bake the bread. I had bought it second hand on eBay, no warranty.

Have a great day.

Thanks for that Phil....

I was in the studio yesterday afternoon and took a couple of photos of the birds in the garden that keep the cats amused

These were taken through the (rather dirty) window of the studio. Today I'll be cleaning the glass and seeing if I can get some more Birdy pictures

Boris enjoys watching them too

Good efty. Spent the morning putting another couple of substantial wooden stakes around a big tub that has a small fir tree in it. It took a battering yesterday, kept getting blown over despite being secured with a couple of stakes. Had to get it done before storm mk2 (Corrie with 70-80mph winds) arrives later.

I was expecting a wild & windy night last night but calm as you like here with 0C overnight temps.

There are still weather warnings out here until Tuesday for high winds but it's a nice day here albeit cold.

Considering there's a yellow warning for wind been a non event so far, couldn't even call it a breeze.

Borrowed my neighbour's 4lb lump hammer to knock the stakes into the ground earlier. Wrists are nagging a bit now.

Are you positive about that? Try not to get too negative about it or you may feel a bit low and would need to get a boost. If it gets you down, I do have a good set of jump leads that may come in Andy. So let's charge our glasses and raise them to better times before you go up the pole!
Power on through or you might end up with quarks in your field and don't park in neutral on a roundabout or you may become static. Electrics baffle me a bit. Try to stay positive. Oh No! That won't work will it?
