Default Caravan for sale, ideal starter van **SOLD**

The time has come to sell my trusty 2 birth Elddis Whirlwind. My son, Ross, and I have been all over in this van since I bought it in April last year to replace the tent. It did have some damp that I was unaware of when I got it but I have replaced more or less one side of the van using the correct materials & have resealed the awning track that had caused the problem. This has been sealed with the correct caravan Sikaflex & I have had no issues since. Despite the age of the van this is much better than a lot of the vans that I have looked at over the last few weeks,in fact most of them I would have been ashamed to sell. It is clean & tidy inside but is showing its age a bit on the outside but like I say it is a ideal van to give it a go. I replaced the tyres when I bought it - they were bought from Trailertek but I am not convinced they are caravan tyres so there are two more tyres included in the sale. It has a fridge that works on 12v & electric - it does also say gas but I have never tried it, there is a cooker & oven that work well & a gas heater that does work but I have never used it except to try it out. There is also a porta potti, a mains hook up lead, fresh & waste water carriers ( not the ones in the picture ) a hitch lock & a stabilizor. There is a awning included that is showing signs of age but it didn't leak at all last time I used in Wales last year & with the amount of rain that came down it surprised me. We have used the van all through the winter come rain, shine and quite a bit of snow at one point & it has been cosy & dry through it all. It has been used at all the Yorkie spanner meets so there are quite a few people that have seen it over the last year.
The cold tap can be a pain at times but a new one will be supplied just in case although the one in the toilet compartment works fine.
It hasn't been stood about & was last used two weeks ago - I would happily set of anywhere with it.
It is located in Morley near Leeds in storage at the moment ( Junc 27 M62 )
I am looking for £325.00 o.n.o & it goes without saying it is sold as seen.
Collection only - it would be a nightmare to wrap it up to post!!!
If you would like any more info just send me a pm.

Steve.
