Default Dr Jules to the rescue

I am pleased to report that Gilbert my cdt 75 connoiseur left Hospital this morning, after weeks on life support. The sad tale bagan some five weeks ago when I took my car to Jules for a service and MOT .Approaching Jules lane my car was hit head on by a speeding Citroen Saxo ,resulting in the Citroen being a write off and substantial front end damage to my Rover. Fortunately my car was driveable so off to Dr Jules A&E for life saving treatment. ,Over the next five weeks Jules worked tirelessly to revive my ailing Rover. It required a new bonnet, front bumper, radiator, grille, air con condenser, and fan. Jules sourced a bonnet and bumper which he collected from Birmingham, had resprayed in Colwyn Bay, and got the car through the MOT. I feel so grateful that Jules was able to save my car. It was so close to being another scrapper, and now it is mint. What I feel most pleased about is that Jules' passion for these cars made it all possible. Indeed when I collected my car today Jules told me how much he had enjoyed the project, and he had even fitted an undertray, which was missing. I am hoping that Jules will post the before and after photos.

I keep telling everyone how good Jules is and I know of several people who have made the trek to North Wales, including myself, for a 'proper job'. So most of us will not be surprised at the good treatment you received and for those that haven't used him yet, give him a try.

As said by other members, Jules' kindness is legendary, I think
the membership recognise his cotribution to our cars, perhaps we could have a clubperson of the year award.
