Default Rover 75 v8 for sale

Just as I was thinking of selling my Rover 75 v8, but wondering what to price at, along comes this helpful advertisement. Thoughts?

Between 8 and 10k seems to be the going rate for one in good condition, depending on spec.

You might want to have a word with this chap, since he's on the lookout for one.

That's #648.

I went to look at it before I found the one that I am collecting soon.

It is, IMHO, overpriced (at 10k by at least 3/4k). It was on the Car & Classic site for £8000 when I viewed it. At one point they even had both ads for the same car running concurrently with the two different prices

You can see my condition report on the two-sixties forum

If those pics are recent (not convinced), then since I saw it he's managed to find a replacement front bumper grill surround (it was missing at the time I went to look).
