Here are a couple of photos from my archives, I took of one of the cottages on the family farm in the Western Cape in South Africa, the farm is part vineyard. The cottage in the photo is undergoing an upgrade, attached to a farm store we are converting into a 3 bedroom apartment with a drive in garage. Work has already started and we are using a builder we have worked with before and trust. Yesterday, a steel beam arrived which will be used to support the first floor. Its amazing what can be done even though we are thousands of miles away from the project.

Safari Sunset

by Philip Gate Keeper, on Flickr

A photo revisited from 28 May 2016, shot as the sun was going down overlooking a water hole in Tsavo East National Game Reserve, Kenya.

Taken with an iPhone 4s at 8MP, which I bought from Coolcat a few years ago, thank you Jeff....a bargain!

Thank you Phil, most kind. Whats amazing about the photo, is how it was taken with a phone.

Here are some recent photos from a drive through the park.

Ostriches seen in the park in courtship. The ladies are grey/brown, displaying their feathers hoping the man notices (not far away from them). The more he sees the ladies, the redder his plumage becomes
