How do you remove the small bit of glass in the rear doors?

Remove the torx screws that hold the black finisher in place, you do have to take a fair bit of the door apart though.

I changed the main glass yesterday but time was getting on. I bough new doors for the cowley but I noticed that every single bit of glass has the cars number plate etched into it. Where as my original glass doesn't. shame as they are the 'ROVER' branded PPD glass
