As the Isis people don't wear uniforms, or labels on their foreheads, how can we tell who they are when they mix freely with their local population?

Solve that problem, and bombs away innit....

The innocents cant leave so we will be killing people who are unwilling captives of ISIS.

Personally yes, with the combination of amour and aircraft, yes.

Reasons

Too root out ISIS members and Estliblish peace keeping operations, only problem which James pointed out, they can hide within the Civilian population, which makes it even harder to engage them.

Only problem with Nukes, as we all know there affective, it also has a down side, any civilians in the area will be killed and radiation sickness will kick to the surrounding area

If I ISIS were in one location away from public, then by all means DROP IT ALL OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has to be Vulcan bomber that delivers it I'd even pay for that.

The best way to do it in my opinion would be boots on the ground, no point bombing anything when we have know idea who we are bombing. Actual personnel though would have a better chance, as long as the bleeding heart brigade are kept out of it and the army is left to do ITS JOB!

They need to be allowed to do what they are trained to do. The Army are not a peace keeping force, they are well trained professional soldiers, they need to be allowed to soldier without politicians telling them which way to shoot.
