Default Mmmm.... Brembo goodness...

Hi guys

Did a quick fit up of the new four pot Brembos to get a feel for clearances and I couldn't help but take a snap of them.

Cannot wait to get these properly fitted.

Now, being radial mounts ill need to design a bracket - ill likely then go to a metal shop to get it made up professionally. Would anyone else be interested in a pair? This won't be any time soon but I just wanted to put the feelers out there.

Ta

James

The ZT was made for it... except the wheels weren't.
Brembos are 15mm wider so it's either hubcentric forged spacers or new wider wheels.

I quite fancy some deep dish style wheels so maybe this is my excuse...

Fingers crossed
Although, saying that, the standard 190 brakes are pretty decent.

Speaking of 190 brakes, my front pads will be changed soon. Any suggestions on which to get, looking at either Brembo OE or EBC Ultimax (both around £30). Heard good things about EBC Greenstuff pads too, are they worth the extra £25 though?

(Apologies for hijacking the thread!)

Hmmm, i did look at doing this on my V8. 15mm plus another 4mm say just for clearence means a wheel with a offset of about 31 which is gonna be max an 8" wide rim just sit on the arch, maybe need a bit of stretch so a 225 tyre? I just couldnt get it to work on the V8.

Been looking to do this to the b6 for ages.

What pads are you using out of curiosity.
