Update - Brim to brim test...

49.77 + 14.51 litres = 64.28 L = 14.16 Gallons (had to put a bit in between pay days!)

Mileage = 581

MPG = 41.0

Thats with a filthy EGR, MAF unplugged, soft front tyres (slow puncture LHS, Aluminium dust cap stuck on RHS) and mostly 5-10 mile journeys and a couple of 35 mile runs.

I think 45mpg + is possible with decent tyres, MAF, EGR bypass and maybe a 160 remap ;-)

Next jobs

- Get flip key chips cloned. (Friday)
- Front wishbone rear bushes (Friday)
- Wire Central locking access switch into boot
- Fix drivers door key drive mech
- Handbrake compensator mod.
- EGR Bypass
- New MAF sensor
- 4x new tyres
- programme 2 x extra remotes to the car
- Get 160 remap
- Stainless exhaust including decat.
- Sort out Rusty door window surrounds
- Replace / repaint bonnet and both bumpers.

Then it will be a nice car

Took my eldest daughter to her prom last night, the Rover 75 has bags of class!



Also got the front lower wishbone rear suspension bushes done today for £216, drives much better now!!!

Thanks! Prom went well, Rover 75 is rolling nicely too now there is no excessive play in the lower wishbone bushes!

Update, went to Ts Autos today, got a spare key programmed, checked maf on t4 = ok,full diagnostic, x power 135 re map and its running like a dream now. Very happy!

Jobs done:

- oil and filter change
- drivers door actuator replaced
- Spare flip key programmed
- Front lower wishbone rear bushes replaced
- maf sensor checked ok
- xpower 135 remap


To do:

- intercooler o rings
- Wire up Central locking access switch into boot
- Fix drivers door key drive mech
- Handbrake compensator mod.
- Clean EGR valve
- 4x new tyres
- Stainless exhaust including decat.
- Sort out Rusty door window surrounds
- Replace / repaint bonnet and both bumpers.

Then it will be a nice car...
