Sat Nav Help Please
Good evening all,
When I had my Navall 3 I found it very easy to set a new route on the sat nav. However since receiving the Navall Star that Sean kindly sent in place of the Navall 3 I have not been able to set a new route on this unit. Can some kind person please give me basic step by step instructions on how to achieve this on the Navall Star sat nav? Is there by any chance a video on the subject, if so a link would be appreciated. Many thanks Tom.

Hi Tom
Assuming you are running IGO on both (can you confirm?) then all I can think is they have been configured differently so it looks different on the Star to what you are used to. One of the nice things about IGO is that there are lots of settings that can change how it works and how it looks. All those options can also be viewed as its biggest problem - they can be confusing! Can you post a picture of what you are seeing ? Then I am sure someone will tell you how to start from there. Its a bit hard until we can see what you can see. Mike John |

Sat nav now operational, however I still have one further problem, the voice directions are so quiet that it's impossible to hear them.
In Car Settings, Volume I have the Navi set at 30 and I'm using a natural female voice (Kate). Where do I go from here please? Regards Tom.

In your picture number 2 there is a volume slider at the bottom. Have you tried any adjustment there? Cheers Stuart

Hi Stuart,
I have found the problem and it was a similar control to that one. Regards Tom
