Doubt it would be the head unit Steve, that's only displaying what the box does.
The problem would almost certainly be with the aerials or the box.
You might want to check the box is set to the correct country and PAL TV system (PAL I)

Also are the aerials passive or active(powered) ?

If active check that their 12 volt feed is still okay

Using the dvb remote can you access the settings of the dvb receiver ?

If so see if there is a setting within there to change the PAL system.

If it's on the wrong one it won't find and store the channels so worth checking
