Rear anti roll bar

I'm retro fitting a rear anti-roll bar to my 2003 saloon. (The bar and drop links is on special offer at Rimmer Bros at the moment!). 2 questions have come to mind...............

1.) Why are the 2 retaining brackets so expensive? Is there anything special about them? I'll try and source those second hand I think.

2.) What fixings do I need? There are no fixing bolts provided with the kit.
