Default A long drive

Found out to-day that my treatment (cancer) will not start until 14th March so i am going to get the Ferry to Stranraer on the 3rd March and drive to my sister in laws in Knottingly in Yorkshire. Stay the night they head on down to Putney outside London.
There is a Tribute Band i go to see at the Halfmoon in Putney they are playing on the 5th March.
I am so fed up with flying and all the **** that goes with it, so a nice drive in my lovely 75 CDTi is the best therapy i can think off.

If you could face going that extra mile (or two) you could always come down and join us in Calne the next day on 6th March for the National too

Ah, the Half Moon. Brings back loads of memories of the 60s when we used to go there to see all these "new" bands. Sadly, I can't remember much about it for some reason.

Drive safely and have a great time. Who's (no pun intended) the band?

Its part off a painting thats in the Bellingham Hotel in Wigan of Marc Bolan, to his left if i hadn't cropped it was Paul mc Cartney, you can just see his left elbow.
