Location of every ECU on a ZT ?
I am after a bit of a favour.
I have been told about a ZT that is being taken away and scrapped tomorrow. The paperwork has already been done and it can't be reversed, and the land owner would not be willing to help in anyway, anyway. Right so here is my ask. I am going down there now with some tools and a torch and I need to find every ECU I can off of the car, and as much loom as I can manage, and I would like to make myself a "75 in a box" so that I can hook up my T4 to it and reverse engineer absolutely everything on the car. If a T4 talks to it, I want it. So can anyone tell me all the ECUs on the car, and physically where I look for them please? thanks, Philip |

This was the lovely car I found:-
From it I removed:- Engine ECU BCU Cluster EWS with pick up coil and key SRS Headlight switch Interior fuse box Radio Heater control panel I understand that there is also an "alarm receiver unit" but I couldn't find it. If anyone can tell me where that is maybe someone can retrieve it for me in the morning. The only notes I can find are "in front of the rev counter end of the instruments", but there is nothing there. |

There was a box right next to the airbag ECU. I didn't know what it was so I took it anyway. Is that the alarm receiver?

Did you ever get the bosch abs 5.7 system working for the bleed function?
I recently saw an old post where you mentioned it, but looking at your website this feature is not listed |
