Are you in statins Ian? Notorious for joint and muscular pains which can be unbearable. You recently put up a new fence, so maybe that could be it and the cold damp weather. We have been quite busy here. 2 nights ago, we had to take Serena’s eldest son into A&E. He was having prolonged uncontrollable seizures which were unable to manage at home. Then yesterday morning we had to go into the hospital to help the doctors give him a general anaesthetic so that he could have a brain scan. He is 19 years old, is severely autistic, is doubly incontinent and has no speech. On top of that he is violent, the number of times I have been punched and bitten. He was good as gold going under the GA and the fits have stopped since starting on new medication. Initially he needed IV Valium to bring the seizures to a stop.

I must have missed the visits from the interloper. How sad and disappointing that another member would behave like that. I do know who you mean, the one with the brass neck and I would have hoped that at his age, he would have known better.

2°C and snow forecast

Don't forget - you're now closer to the Arctic than you were last year !!

Is it my memory, or does the Daily Express do this every year around now

Yes I'm on Statins Phil & you're right doing the fence with my brother the other day didn't help, I have chronic back problems to start with.

My neck just seems to lock up when I've aggravated my back and I feel sea sick with dizziness & my balance goes out the window.

I end up walking like I've got a drink inside me

It turned into a nice day from the dank weather earlier so I went to Wigan on the train to pay some money into the Co-op bank (EV fund )

I felt like I daren't have stood near the edge of the platform for fear of losing my balance.

It must be really hard work to deal with Serena's sons seizures & needs 24/7 Phil, It cant be easy.

I hope the new meds continue to give him some relief from his seizures.

They changed my dads Meds & it was like flicking a switch, He is so much better and getting his life back together.

In fact I got a call from my Sister whilst I was on the train to see if I wanted to go on the bus with her & dad to Manchester, I said I couldn't come as I'm on my way to Wigan & I don't think I was up to much walking today.
