'Rich Media Blocked' ?

Can anyone please enlighten me as to what this means when an image won't display? How do I correct it ?

Oh ? The 'rich text' I couldn't see was actually title blocks on a web page - I could see them in Internet Explorer but not when viewed in the AOL browser......
