Tyre size
Anyone running wider tyres than 225/45/18
I'm thinking staggered set up like the bm's do

I would not put staggered tire sizes on anything other than a rear drive car and, even then, nothing with less that 400 HP (not necessary). In fact, I think having all 4 tries as wide as you can possibly fit in the wheel wells looks awesome! Save your money.

Another reason for not putting a different size on one axle to the other..........if you are in any doubt, ask Malcolm from Hartlepool who had different sizes on the back and front of his 75 V8.
The poor man had no hair left after.... New discs, pads, and calipers on the front New ABS sensors all round New ABS modulator I went down and T4'd the car, ABS fault reported "incorrect toothed wheel fitted to one or more wheels) I asked if he'd had tyres fitted recently "yes but what has that to do with the ABS fault?", to which I replied " you've had the wrong size tyres fitted" Sure enough, that was the cause of his "ABS" fault Brian |
