I've finally decided that summer is officially over. Garden furniture, ornament's and anything else that is not part of the winter month's is now officially stored in the shed and protected from the element's and mother nature .

Depressing though it is, I've decided the same. Just got home after 8 nights in the caravan, and now putting it to bed for the Winter. Last night was a pretty cold night, and I don't like sleeping with any form of heating on in the 'van, so it was a duvet and a couple of blankets jobbie. Roll on next year - May onwards
Already booked 2 weeks in early June here - so I've got something to look forward to during the dark, dismal nights of Winter

Hi Freddie not heard anything he was due to come home this week once everything was in place at home, he will have to have his bed down stairs,
I will give Lilian a bell tomorrow, we are in the middle of moving at last and had been quite hectic, will keep you updated as soon as we know.

Its hammering down here, we have the same forecast as Ian, no real wind as yet though.
Im doing the same with our patio set, although we don't have a patio, I will be putting it in the shed for winter, once it dries out.

Just busy guzzling a chocolate eclair, and supping a bottle of Hobgoblin, whilst watching the healthy eating programme on ITV
